For those of you who don't know, Greg Rempe of BBQ Central has a weekly BBQ Internet Radio Show. You can turn in and listen live or down load the shows (after he posts them) to listen on your computer or Ipod. Tonight is the first of four discussing the KCBS "Fantastic Four" - RIBS! He has gathered 3 of the best rib cooks in the country for tonights discussion. Including our very own, ranked #5 in the world," Dr Storm" himself --- Mr. Dan Hixon!!! Sounded like it could have been a good show, except I must have been having connectivity issues because the transmission keep breaking up and wasnt clear, especially when it was at the good parts. Then all of the sudden, i was hearing a news broadcast at about 10 minutes of the hour. That musta been when Dan was giving out the real goods, he probebly had greg distort the feed just to my IP address....curses....foiled again..........did someone say foil? Great show last night. Started with some technical difficulties & the best line from the show. During the problems Dan reminds the host "We're rib cooks Greg, Not IT folks."
